Construction progress continues at the project site as several major milestones have recently been completed. Phase 1, which included the renovation of Building 6, demolition of Building 1, and relocation of existing site utilities, has been successfully completed. In addition, Phase 2 demolition activities are now complete.

Sitework activities officially began in mid-March and have continued to move forward steadily. The retention pond has been fully excavated, while import fill operations remain ongoing. The building pad is now in place, and underground utility installation is currently underway, including fire water, domestic water, storm, and sanitary systems. Installation of the sunshade for the temporarily relocated playground has also been completed.

Phase 2 of the project includes construction of the new Classroom and Administration/Media buildings, along with associated sitework improvements such as tree clearing, underground utilities, and retention pond development. These efforts represent a significant step forward in preparing the campus for future growth and enhanced functionality.
